IS THE CLUB OPEN AT ALL TIMES?

The club is always closed on Mondays unless Monday is a holiday (Memorial day etc) and then it is closed on Tuesdays. There are additional days the club is closed during the winter months. The club is always closed for approximately five weeks after January 1.

WHEN IS THE POOL OPEN?

The pool opens Memorial day weekend and remains open through Labor Day weekend. Subject to the weather and staff availability, the pool may be open weekends after Labor Day. Pool hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM all days the club is open.

HOW EARLY IN THE SPRING IS THE GOLF COURSE OPEN?

The final decision to open the course is made by the Greens Superintendent. He will open the course for regular play as early as the weather permits. We have had several years the course opened as early as mid-March.

HOW LATE IN THE FALL DOES THE COURSE STAY OPEN?

The course stays open as long as the weather permits play without damage to the course. We have played the course as late as December. Even after the course is closed for regular play, temporary holes are placed in front of all greens so members may walk the course and hit balls year around.

DO I NEED TEE TIMES TO PLAY GOLF?

One of the benefits of belonging to a small private club is that you can literally walk out and play golf at any time. Tee times are always accepted in the Pro Shop and are recommended for Saturday and Sunday mornings. It is always a good idea to make a tee time when entertaining guests on the course. This allows you and the club to look professional. There are instances where there may be a special event on the course which could cause short delays in teeing off. These instances are always publicized to the members.

CAN I HAVE BUSINESS MEETINGS OR SPECIAL PRIVATE EVENTS AT THE CLUB?

This is the members club to use. Private meetings or events are available with the Club prepared to meet the needs of each individual requirement. Room charges are waived for members as long as food, beverage or golf facilities are utilized.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR LEAVING THE CLUB SHOULD IT BECOME NECESSARY?

The Club constitution requires that all resignations or requests to go inactive become effective at the end of the fiscal year (the last day of February). Notification in writing must be submitted to the Board. Exceptions may be made by the approval of the Board of Directors in the cases of transfers, health reasons or financial problems.
